Daytime weddings are held between 12:00 and 18:00, while evening weddings are scheduled between 18:00 and 24:00 within the preferred time slots.

The wedding campaign prices on the boat include your chosen menu, a 3-hour Bosphorus tour, 15 family photos, video recording, table and chair decoration, bride and groom's table, a fireworks show at the entrance or exit, and a professional DJ performance.

All of our invitation boats are equipped with professional sound systems and DJs, and song lists and program schedules are determined in advance through consultation. For live stage performances, some of our boats may not have sufficient sound systems. It is necessary to evaluate this with our customer representatives prior to reservation.

The decoration of the boat entrance with netting, tying tulle to the chairs in desired colors, artificial flowers or candlesticks on the tables, and the decoration of the bride and groom's table are included in our prices.

Our complimentary departure points for the invitation boats are within the Bosphorus boundaries: Eminönü, Karaköy, Kabataş, Kuruçeşme, Bebek, Rumelihisarı, Emirgan, İstinye, Tarabya, Sarıyer, Beykoz, Çubuklu, Anadoluhisarı, Göksu Creek, Vaniköy, Kuleli, Beylerbeyi. For departures from other districts, regions, or marinas (Kalamış, Ataköy, Pendik), as well as city line piers, mooring, unloading, and loading fees are to be paid by the customer.

According to the organization owner's requests, route planning is carried out during the reservation process. The tour programs such as Long Bosphorus Tour and Short Bosphorus Tour are determined. For example, in a wedding organization program departing from Karaköy, guests are received by boat at Karaköy pier, then the route includes sightseeing along the coasts of Kabataş, Dolmabahçe, Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Kuruçeşme, Arnavutköy, Bebek, Aşiyan, Rumelihisarı, and Emirgan, crossing from the European side to the Asian side. The journey continues along the coasts of Çubuklu, Kanlıca, Anadoluhisarı, Göksu, Küçüksu, Kandilli, Vaniköy, Çengelköy, Beylerbeyi, and Kuzguncuk, then crossing back from Üsküdar past the Maiden's Tower to the European side. The guests are disembarked at the Karaköy pier, and the program concludes.

Boat wedding reservation procedures are carried out through a detailed consultation with our customer relations manager. You can choose to have this consultation via phone, at our office, or inside the boat you will rent, according to your preference. A detailed reservation agreement is prepared based on all your requests. Your reservation is confirmed once a down payment is made. The down payment amount is 50% of the total reservation fee.

Once you choose the event boat, our authorized staff will discuss all the details and prepare a reservation agreement. 50% of the total amount is paid as a prepayment, and the remaining balance is paid on the tour day using one of the available payment methods. You can make all payments via cash, bank transfer, credit card, or through our online e-commerce website. All credit cards offer the option of 3 installments at the cash price or up to 9 installments with a installment or interest difference.

Yes. The official marriage officer can come to our boats to perform the marriage ceremony. The organization of bringing the marriage officer to the boat is handled by the customer. If desired, a ceremonial captain's wedding can be performed free of charge by our company.

Safe Tourism Certified Rental Yacht and Boat: Accommodation, dining facilities, tours and transfer vehicles, congress and arts venues, theme parks, mechanical lines, and marine tourism are individually audited within specific criteria according to international standards. Accredited firms authorized to issue the Safe Tourism Certificate conduct hygiene and health inspections, compliance assessments, prepare related reports, and regularly send inspectors to the facilities seeking certification to verify whether services meet the criteria. Certificates obtained are also announced on the websites of TGA and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey. The Safe Tourism Certificate logo is displayed in visible areas of the certified facilities, and customers can access all inspection information related to the facility via the QR code on the certificate.
