Departure, Return and Free Hotel Transfer
Our main departure point is Kabataş Pier; the tour departs at 20:45 and returns to Kabataş at around 23:30. Tours run every evening with guaranteed departures. On certain dates, departures from Eminönü / Cibali are also arranged on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Free round-trip transfer is provided for guests staying in central districts such as Sultanahmet, Fatih, Sirkeci, Eminönü, Karaköy, Laleli, Beyazıt, Taksim, Beyoğlu, Galata, Şişhane, Şişli, Mecidiyeköy, Beşiktaş and Zeytinburnu. Guests outside these areas can reach the Kabataş departure point directly.

Important Information and Cancellation Terms
Key points to know before booking:
● For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour, a full (100%) refund applies (via İyzico, within 2-7 business days). No refund is given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.
● In the event of bad weather or operational cancellation, an alternative date or a full refund is offered.
● Please be at the pier / meeting point 30 minutes before boarding; the boat departs at the scheduled time.
● A valid ID document (national ID card, passport or driving licence) is required for all guests.
● Outside food and drink may not be brought on board; items are served from the boat's bar. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted on board.
● Guests who are pregnant or have serious heart/back conditions or reduced mobility are advised to inform us before booking.
● Payments are taken via the PCI-DSS certified İyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure; your card details are not stored.

Every evening at 20:30, the boat departs from Kabataş Lüfer Tur Pier, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, it departs from both the Kabataş and Eminönü areas, as well as Cibali Lüfer Tur Piers. After the reservation, guests are sent the latest pier information and meeting time. Departure points and locations are available on the tickets.
