Boat wedding reservations are made through a detailed consultation with our customer relations manager. Depending on your preference, these consultations can be held by phone, at our office, or on the boat you will rent. A detailed reservation contract is prepared in line with all your requests. Once the deposit is paid, your reservation is confirmed. The deposit amount is 50% of the total reservation fee.

A reservation contract is prepared by discussing all details with our authorized staff regarding the party boat you choose. 50% of the total amount is paid as an advance payment, and the remaining amount is made on the tour day using one of the preferred payment methods. You can make all your payments in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card, or through our online e-commerce site. We offer payment options of up to 9 installments with interest or 3 installments at cash price on all credit cards.

Yes. The official marriage officer can come to our boats to perform the wedding ceremony. The organization of bringing the marriage officer to the boat is carried out by the customer. If desired, a symbolic captain’s wedding ceremony can be performed free of charge by our company.

Certified Safe Tourism CHARTER YACHT AND BOAT: Accreditation firms authorized to issue the Safe Tourism Certificate conduct hygiene and health inspections and compliance assessments by separately auditing accommodation, food and beverage facilities, tour and transfer vehicles, congress and art facilities, themed parks, mechanical lines, and maritime tourism according to international standards within separate criteria, and prepare reports on them, regularly sending inspectors to applicant facilities to check whether the service is provided in accordance with the criteria. Facilities that receive the certificate are also announced on the TGA and the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism websites. The Safe Tourism Certificate logo is displayed in visible places in the certified facilities, and customers can access all inspection information about the facility via the QR code on the certificate. In this way, the entire process becomes transparent.

Boat wedding prices vary depending on the number of guests, the quality of the boat, the departure and arrival points, and the selected menu. In addition to economical, affordable boat wedding organizations, VIP ultra-luxury boat wedding organizations can also be arranged. On our campaigns page, you can see the most affordable economical wedding packages starting from 90 TL, and our VIP wedding packages starting from 250 TL.

Boat wedding organizations can be held during the day or in the evening. Daytime boat weddings are planned for 2-3-4-5 hours, while evening boat weddings are planned for 3-4 hours, according to guests' requests. Daytime weddings are held between 12:00 and 18:00, and evening weddings are held between 18:00 and 24:00 in the preferred time slot.

The boat wedding campaign prices include the menu you choose, a 3-hour Bosphorus tour, 15 family photos, video shooting, table and chair decoration, the bride and groom table, a volcano show at the entrance or exit, and a professional DJ performance.

Yes. You can rent the boat that suits your guest count from our invitation boats on our site and organize the entire event yourself.

All of our invitation boats have professional sound systems and a DJ, and the song lists and program are determined after discussion before the tour. For live stage performances, the sound systems on some of our boats may not be sufficient. It should be evaluated with our customer representatives before making a reservation.

Decorating the boat entrance with tied tulle, tying tulle in the desired colors to the chairs, artificial flowers or candelabras on the tables, and decorating the bride and groom’s table are included in our prices.

The free departure points for our invitation boats within the Bosphorus are Eminönü, Karaköy, Kabataş, Kuruçeşme, Bebek, Rumelihisarı, Emirgan, İstinye, Tarabya, Sarıyer, Beykoz, Çubuklu, Anadoluhisarı, Göksu Creek, Vaniköy, Kuleli, Beylerbeyi, and Kadıköy. For departures from other districts, areas, and marinas (Kalamış, Ataköy, Pendik), and from City Lines piers, pier docking, boarding, and disembarking fees shall be covered by the customer.

Route planning is carried out during the reservation according to the event organizer's requests. Tour programs such as the Long Bosphorus Tour and the Short Bosphorus Tour are determined. For example, in a wedding event program departing from Karaköy, guests are welcomed aboard the boat from Karaköy pier, then the shores of Kabataş, Dolmabahçe, Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Kuruçeşme, Arnavutköy, Bebek, Aşiyan, Rumelihisarı, Emirgan are toured, and after crossing from the European side to the Anatolian side, the shores of Çubuklu, Kanlıca, Anadoluhisarı, Göksu, Küçüksu, Kandilli, Vaniköy, Çengelköy, Beylerbeyi, Kuzguncuk are toured; then from Üsküdar, crossing again to the European side in front of the Maiden's Tower, the guests are disembarked at Karaköy pier and the program ends.
